My new years 2013

this is a list on what i would like to do more off.
1. i would to start to read more books this year so far a have read two books
a. the Hobbit good book i have read this about four times over the years since it was written.
b. also i read a book by friend of mine Linda West  here Vietnamese Name at birth is
 Tran Thi Bach Yen Oanh The book is tilted Beyond the Rice Paddies she gave it to me in 2008.
Very good reading. to read more i will have to start reading books from the library or I would like a    e reader but they are not cheap. !
2. try to take more walks this year about two or three times a week.
3. continue to lose weight this year and stay healthy
4.  two be continued !!!

weight loss

I have decided to blog once a week on my weight loss this is the first blog for this this Sunday January 5th
My weight is 275.8 lbs it looks like i have gained a 2 lbs over the holidays but i am still below the 280 mark witch was one of my goals. so I have to cut back a little So my goal is to have lost 100 lbs I have to get down to 268 lbs I would like to get to my high school weight of 220 lbs but that is a goal or two away.

things to start doing for 2013
1. eat healthy and loss weigh  and drink more water
2. start to do some form of exercise like walking
3. cut back on my bread consumption
4. Do more reading

New Year 2013

As I start this year 2013 I have planed to have lost 100 lbs since i started this two years ago that is a bench mark. So far i have lost 93.6 lbs just 6.4 lbs from my goal.so happy new year everyone
