I understand you may have some leads on Health Care partners who may be interested in hosting a vendor table for the Fashion Show. I am attaching the vendor application, if you would like to share the opportunity with your network.
FYI, as an additional perk I am offering the incentive of purchasing two (2) VIP tickets and receiving a vendor table at no cost. If you have anyone who is interested in this opportunity, please direct them to the eventbrite website. They will need to provide a copy of their receipt of purchase on or before Tuesday 2/18/2013, by close of business to receive the offer.
What they will receive with the VIP ticket purchase is as follows:
· VIP tickets ($50 dollars)
ü Cocktails and hors d'oeuvres mixer starting at (6pm-7pm)
ü VIP seating
