National Commander Named at DAV Convention Combat-injured Vietnam veteran and former National Service Officer Ronald F. Hope was unanimously elected National Commander of DAV at the recent annual convention in Las Vegas. Hope's devotion to DAV and all ill and injured veterans prepared him for this important role. The check donation equals roughly two years' worth of the chapter's budget.
