Military Health System's chief technology officer talks health data at conference

The Military Health System (MHS) is actively working to make sure its health IT (HIT) meets the needs of its beneficiaries, while falling in line with larger federal health data requirements. Mark Goodge, chief technology officer (CTO) for the MHS, said that the Military Health System is working in conjunction with federal health IT on strategic planning in order to "create a singularity of message and governance of where we're going, what we're doing and how we're doing that."
