The Army's vice chief of staff, Gen. John Campbell, was confirmed Wednesday as the next commander for NATO's International Security Assistance Force and U.S. Forces in Afghanistan. Campbell will replace Marine Gen. Joseph "Fighting Joe" Dunford as ISAF commander.
